M4CT420A Tandem bearings is a high load axial load-bearing component designed specifically for twin-screw plastic extruder gearboxes. Its inner diameter is 4mm, outer diameter is 20mm, and total thickness is 65mm. It is made of GCr15SiMn high carbon chromium bearing steel and has excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance. This bearing is composed of five columns of cylindrical rollers connected in series, and the axial load is evenly distributed through elastic spacers. It can withstand high dynamic and static loads in a limited radial space, far exceeding the bearing capacity of traditional ball bearings. Under typical operating conditions, oil circulation lubrication is required, with precise fit tolerances between shaft f6 and seat hole F7 to ensure smooth operation and extremely low friction loss, effectively extending equipment life.
