F-40 Flexible Bearing for harmonic drive wave gear

Flexible bearings for F-40 harmonic reducers are thin-walled bearings designed specifically for harmonic reducers, with the core feature of achieving high-precision transmission through elastic deformation. Adopting a thin-walled ring design, with a wall thickness of only a few millimeters, it takes on an elliptical shape after installation. The inner and outer rings are made of ZGCr15 high carbon chromium bearing steel, and the retainer is a nylon integral type, ensuring high precision and compactness. Together with the rigid wheel, flexible wheel, and wave generator, it forms a harmonic reducer, where the wave generator generates controllable deformation of the flexible wheel through an elliptical cam. Mainly used in industrial robots, aerospace and other fields, it is the core component of harmonic reducers.
