Oil film sliding bearings are mainly used in the field of wire rolling mills, replacing normal rolling bearings. With the development of high-speed, high-precision, high load bearing, and high production efficiency in steel rolling production, the use of oil film bearings can ensure sufficient oil supply, easy heat dissipation, avoid oil film bearing burnout, and improve bearing service life.
Due to the high speed and high load of the rolling mill, the requirements for sliding bearings on the wire rod rolling mill are very high now. MONONT oil film sliding bearings with high precision, noiseless working, low friction, easy heat dissipation, and wear resistance advantage. Tin coating on the surface of oil film sliding bearings can effectively prevent corrosion and reduce sliding resistance. Oil film sliding bearings are designed based on the principles of fluid dynamics. During rotation, a layer of oil film is covered between the bearing body and the bearing carrier through a lubrication system. The non stressed bearing sleeve has an oil groove that ensures even distribution of lubricating oil. The product range includes force bearing and non force bearing. Ensure to meet various load requirements of different intensities: high load, low speed, or high speed, low load. Oil film sliding bearings have a bearing sleeve that is subjected to force and a bearing sleeve that is not subjected to force. They are also compatible with wire mills from other manufacturers. Oil film sliding bearings can be directly used on existing equipment without any design or mechanical changes.
